Rising value of rock / metal in France and in Russia, MARKIZE offers a universe between dark enchantment and disillusion, where classical violins mingle with electro beats and energic guitars, carried by a voice combining lyricism, emotion and power.
-2003: Birth of the project of Alina Dunaevskaya (vocaks/lyrics/keyboard) and David Verbecq (drums)
-2004: Demo-disc “Poussières de Vie”, followed by series of concertsin France.
-2006:”Paperdoll” on the compilation “Contre vents et marées” of French Metal.
-2007:1st release “Transparence” recorded and produced by Edenrecord.
-2007-2008:Series of concerts in France, Belgium, Holland with the bands The Old Dead Tree, Cult of Luna, Autumn, Eths, Watcha, Aqme, Seraphim…
-18 October 2008: “Metal Female Voices Fest 6″ together with Tarja and Epica, and other bands.
-2008-2009:Markize on compilations “A world of sirens” (USA), “Demonic and Divine” (UK) et “A tombeau ouvert” (Fr)
-February 2009: Acoustic clips on live TV broadcast.
-March 2009: “Transparence” is officially out in Russia by Agen Metal.
-March 2009: Clip of “Mon Ange” is filmed, carried out by parisian independant production and supported by the TV channel “La Locale”, will be presented in upcoming month on french and russian TV channels.
-April 2009: Futher to stock shortage and to rising requests, “Transparence” is out again, in digipack version with bonus tracks and videos, by Underclass (Theatre of tragedy, Ministry, Doro…).
